Who are you?
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar experience and more than five years of experience as a developer
4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably with .NET and ASP.NET Core.
Experience working with Azure cloud services and deploying scalable applications.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management.
Experience in optimizing system performance and ensuring high availability.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps practices.
Interest or experience in frontend development is a plus (e.g., React, Angular, or similar frameworks).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Fluent in English and good knowledge in Swedish.

Som Group Financial Controller hos Autocirc får du en nyckelroll i att utveckla och förädla vår finansiella operativa rapportering och analys. I nära samarbete med CFO och koncernledning kommer du att ta ägarskap över våra finansiella operativa processer och driva förbättringar som gör skillnad. Du kommer att vara en central del av vårt finansiella team och arbeta tätt med Business Controllers och våra landsorganisationer.
Vad du kommer att göra:
Analysera och säkerställa korrekt operativ data på framförallt lands- och affärsområdesnivå samt leverera insiktsfull finansiell rapportering.
Stötta och vägleda landscontrollers i resultaträkning, månadsrapportering och operativa analyser.
Ta fram och analysera operativa KPI:er tillsammans med CFO, landschefer och controllers.
Delta i strategiska projekt, som finansiell due diligence vid förvärv med särskild fokus på affärsförståelse, utveckling av operativa rapporteringsmodeller och att förbereda presentationer för ledning och styrelse.
Utveckla och optimera användningen av Power BI för dashboards och rapportering, både centralt och lokalt.

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har akademisk utbildning inom ekonomi, kandidatnivå eller högre. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har minst fem års erfarenhet av liknande uppgifter inom operativ controlling i en koncernfunktion, gärna i en internationell kontext. Du har erfarenhet av att, med goda resultat, implementera verktyg som Power BI och driva liknande projekt.
Du är expert på att hantera och analysera stora datamängder, med förmågan att omvandla komplex information till tydliga rapporter och presentationer. Du behärskar Excel, PowerPoint (gärna med Think-Cell) och Power BI på hög nivå – och vet hur du använder dessa för att skapa värde för verksamheten.
Med din förmåga att skapa struktur och effektiva processer säkerställer du kvalitet även under högt tempo och med många parallella projekt. Du har ett tydligt och respektfullt sätt att kommunicera som gör att du bygger förtroende och samarbetar smidigt med kollegor från olika funktioner och nivåer.

Som Business Controller får du en nyckelroll i att driva och utveckla vår finansiella operativa rapportering och analys för vår norska verksamhet. Här får du möjlighet att vara en del av en spännande tillväxtresa där vi tillsammans bygger en modern och effektiv finansiell organisation.
I nära samarbete med Landschef Norge och CFO för Autocirc kommer du att ta ägarskap över de finansiella operativa processerna i Norge och driva förbättringar som gör skillnad. Du rapporterar formellt till koncernens CFO och kommer att vara en central del av vårt finansiella team. Det operativa arbetet sker tillsammans med Landschef Norge och de norska dotterbolagen vilket innebär frekventa resor till våra norska verksamheter.
Vad du kommer att göra:
Ditt huvudsakliga ansvar är att aktivt stödja och driva ekonomisk planering, budgetering, prognoser och resultatanalys för den norska marknaden genom:
Finansiell analys: Utföra djupgående analyser av månadsresultat och leverera datadrivna insikter som skapar värde och stödjer snabba och välgrundade beslut.
Prognosarbete: Stötta strategiska initiativ genom att utveckla och optimera prognosprocess.
Samarbete och ledarskap: Arbeta nära den norska ledningsgruppen för att omvandla ekonomiska analyser till tydliga, handlingsbara strategier. Utmana status quo och ge stöd för att driva innovation och lönsamhet i organisationen.
BI-verktyg och digitalisering: Leda implementeringen och utvecklingen av smarta BI-lösningar som lyfter analysarbetet och gör rapportering mer effektiv och interaktiv.

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har relevant akademisk utbildning, kandidatnivå eller högre. Du har minst två till fem års erfarenhet som Controller, gärna inom ett producerande företag och för att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har tidigare kommersiell erfarenhet och förståelse samt erfarenhet av att driva dina frågor i en verksamhet under utveckling.

We’re looking for a skilled Technical Owner who will also act as Project Manager during the implementation phase of a transformative IT initiative within the Autocirc Group. As part of the workplace project, you’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing Autocirc’s 365 Tenant configuration, as well as driving and coordinating the IT needs for our 65 companies located in Europe with the help of our IT suppliers. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for the companies transitioning to our new IT setup.
The daily tasks for this position will be to interact with the Group companies around needs and issues regarding their IT environment, help newly acquired companies integrate into Autocirc’s IT infrastructure, manage day-to-day supplier tasks and evaluate new supplier needs.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Company Support: Serve as the main liaison between Autocirc and migrating companies, addressing the needs of functionality, support, and operations.
Workplace solution ownership: Oversee and develop/challenge the total setup for partners, policies, & technical solutions.
Configuration Ownership: Take charge of the Autocirc 365 Tenant and configuration setup.
Delivery Follow-Up: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for workplace delivery, including service desk and cybersecurity, to ensure smooth vendor performance. Interact with the Group companies regarding needs and issues around their IT environment and manage the migration process for all companies.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors providing workplace solutions, hardware, and various software.

The role is located at our head office in Borås where most of the group functions are gathered and you work closely with colleagues in group IT as well as with local IT functions in the group.
Who are you?
You hold a university degree in computer science, informatics, or similar, or possess equivalent experience in managing IT environments. To succeed in this role, you preferably have 3-5 years of experience in positions such as IT technician, IT support, and/or technical project management. You are a skilled project manager, ideally with expertise in IT. Experience in vendor management, change management, and cyber security is a plus.
You also possess strong technical proficiency in IT, including expertise in MS365 and IT infrastructure. You have a good ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating strong skills in collaboration and communication, both written and verbal and in Swedish and English. Additional language skills in French and/or Spanish would be considered a merit.

Who are you?
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or similar in experience and more than ten years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on cloud-based solutions. Furthermore you have strong experience in solution architecture, including technical and operational requirements, high-level design, and detailed architecture diagrams. You also have previous experience with microservices architecture, complex data landscapes as well as cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP, including PaaS and SaaS offerings.
The role demands strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. As we are an international group, good knowledge of both spoken and written English and Swedish is required.
Experience of working with containerization and orchestration tools and data architecture and integration patterns, including data warehousing, ETL, and streaming data is a plus.
