Vi söker en Retail Operations Lead för att skapa världsklassig drift på våra butiker! I denna roll kommer du att driva lagerhantering, leverantörsavtal och HR-rutiner, och säkerställa smidiga processer som ger våra team förutsättningar att lyckas och följa alla regelverk.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
Etablera och underhålla processer: Skapa och dokumentera rutiner för alla butiksaktiviteter, som öppningsrutiner, brandsäkerhet och säkerhetsprotokoll.
Led tekniska lösningar: Var expert på alla butiksverktyg som Sitoo, EDI, digitala skärmar och CRM-system. Planera även för framtida teknikutvecklingar.
Nya butiksetableringar: Säkerställ smidiga arbetsflöden och fullt fungerande system för nya butiker, så att teamen är redo att lyckas.
Bygg upp en förstklassig HR i olika marknader: Hantera anställningsavtal, regelefterlevnad och övervaka förmånsprogrammet för att säkerställa HR-excellens i alla butiker.
Överse schemaläggning: Utbilda teamen i att effektivt använda TooEasy för schemaläggning och säkerställa bra bemanning i butikerna.
Strategisk allokering och distribution: Optimera lagerdistributionen baserat på efterfrågan och geografi för både butiker och e-handelskanaler.
Lagerhantering och påfyllning: Följ försäljningen för att upprätthålla optimala lagernivåer, minimera brist och automatisera påfyllningsprocesser där det är möjligt.
Fullt produktlivscykelhantering: Förbättra lagervärdet, hantera slutet av produktlivscykeln och använd outlets strategiskt för osålda produkter.
Huvudsakliga mål:
Uppnå DTC-intäktsmål och produktlönsamhetsmål
Förbättra genomförsäljningsgrad, lagertillgänglighet och omsättningshastighet

The successful candidate will be well presented and articulate, with the confidence to offer a luxury service and build relationships with clients. Full product and brand training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Greeting customers entering the store with genuine enthusiasm and a desire to help everyone
Building up a client base and proactively contacting customers with any information relevant to their brand interests
Maintaining store standards and re-merchandising the store based on current and in-store trends
Stockroom duties and inventory needs
Assisting the management team in maximizing stores sales and profitability
Completing all the necessary administration tasks.


Experience and Qualifications
You have a proven track record in value and volume of sales and are a sales driver
Luxury retail background with menswear would be advantageous
