Your role

As Key Account Manager at GEODIS your focus will be to approach prospects and finding new customers. Understanding customer needs and generating tailor-made solutions is an important part of the job.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Book and go through with meetings with prospects and existing customers
- Ensure implementation of new customers
- Present GEODIS and our services in a compelling and professional manner
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Reach sales budget and goals


As Key Account Manager you will be situated in our Borås office and you will frequently travel in the region of west Sweden. In your role, you report directly to the Sales Manager and you are part of our Swedish Business Development team. You will have a close cooperation with your colleagues in the territory sales team for Borås area, consisting of an After Sales Manager, an Inside Sales support and a Telesales. Together, you will work towards common goals and aiming to expand our business within your territory.

Your background

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have some years’ experience of working with complex solution selling (B2B) with documented good results. In previous sales roles, your focus has been finding new customers. Preferably, you have an YH- or bachelor’s degree or equal in a relevant field. Since we are an international company, you need to have strong communication skills both in English and Swedish. It´s considered a merit if you have experience from working within the logistics and freight forwarding field.
