About the position:
The main activities are related to WMS configuration and improvements, you are also engaged in:
• Assessing our processes to determine improvements for existing sites/clients;
• Optimizing, changing and test processing configurations directly in our Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Support sites/clients on more complex changes in the WMS;
• Measure and compare performance and improvements;
• Collaborate with IT, management, and clients;
• Describe the changes in solutions designs;
• Support on Go lives.

Other Duties could be:
• Participate in projects related to new customers processes and applications;
• Coordinate assigned projects and report progress and results to the Project Manager;
• Automation Projects (links between WMS and External tools and/or Applications);
• Migrate and implement clients on our WMS (BY, JDA, Red Prairie).

Required skills:
We look for people that like to travel regularly to visit different countries and work together with other cultures to improve/optimize the logistics process, physically or in the WMS configuration. People that have knowledge of logistics processes. People who can make the difference and who can individually contribute to the development and achievements of DSV.

Other requirements:
• You have graduated from a HBO/WO study, preferably in the field of logistics management, engineering, supply chain or similar;
• Ability to work independently and accurately;
• Knowledge of logistics and administrative processes;
• Capability to translate process to WMS;
• Knowledge of WMS system(s) (Blue yonder WMS (formally Red Prairie, JDA);
• Warehouse experience;
• Knowledge of MS Office and applications;
• Control of the English language in word and writing;
• Capability to motivate local users;
• Just do it mentality;
• Willing to travel and work around the world;

As a Business Change Manager in our Process Excellence and Implementation team within BCM Solutions, you will play a central role in implementing key strategic projects within DSV Solutions. Ideally, you will be based at our office in Boras near Gothenburg. However, if necessary, you may choose to work out of one of our other offices throughout Sweden.

* Support the development, implementation, and administration of DSV Solutions strategic projects
* Contribute to the description of products, services, and processes.
Assist in updating processes for our internal projects, while growing your project management skills as well as supporting Solutions management team with our strategic targets.

You will be part of and lead a young and energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to create and lead successful change management projects
