Your role 
As a UI Designer at Centiro, you play a key role in shaping our visual language and product experience. With a strong focus on UI and interaction design, you translate ideas, requirements and insights into intuitive interfaces that reflect our brand: confident, inspiring and impactful.
Working closely with UX designers, developers and stakeholders, you ensure that every detail - from typography and color to layout, components and interactions – contributes to a cohesive, scalable and unmistakably Centiro experience.
You will be an important contributor to the evolution of our design system, helping our products stay modern, accessible and consistent across platforms.
What you will do 

Design high-quality, user-friendly interfaces for web and desktop applications rooted in our brand identity.


Define and refine layouts, typography, color, spacing, iconography, motion and component behavior.


Create prototypes and collaborate with UX designers to ensure intuitive and seamless user flows.


Maintain and evolve our design system and component libraries for consistency and scalability.


Work closely with developers to ensure excellent implementation and pixel-perfect results.


Test, iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data and product insights.


Apply responsive design, accessibility (WCAG) and best practices to create inclusive, future-proof experiences.


Stay up to date with design trends, tools and methods to continuously raise our visual and product quality.


Contribute to elevating the overall design ambition across the Centiro platform.


Who you are 

You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI Designer, preferably working with complex digital products or systems.


You have advanced skills in Figma, including prototyping and interactive design.


You have a strong foundation in visual design principles: typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.


You are a creative problem-solver who communicates clearly and enjoys working in cross-functional, agile teams.


Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and preferably component-based frameworks (e.g., Angular).

Your mission will be to craft cutting-edge customer experiences for all our brands, markets and touch points.

You'll be part of our User Experience Team and will have a key impact on the largest fashion and home e-commerce website in the Nordics and grow dynamically alongside other top skilled and passionate people.

 

Your main activities will be:
- Identify customer pain points and innovation opportunities through continuous user research and creative benchmark.
- Drive UX design projects from A-Z to support the development of the business and enhance the experience of our customers.
- Enrich project briefs by conducting qualitative and quantitative research, framing strategic goals and shape the optimum tactical approach.
- Define structuring principles, requirements and scope. Communicate your ideas with sketches, user flows and prototypes.
- Design world-class and cross-devices user interfaces, create prototypes and test your concept with users.
- Work closely with the different teams in an agile environment and fuel global engagement to deliver the best results.
- Secure holistic quality (modular design, accessibility, speed ...) and handover deliverables that developers will love.
- Follow up implementation of your design until launch, evaluate results and share the insights with the organization.

 

Your Profile:
- Genuinely customer-driven and passionate about UX, you have strong experiences in designing digital experiences preferably in an e-commerce setup.
- Fluent in English and Swedish. You are a great team player with excellent communication skills.
- Figma (or similar) are your daily tools and you can combine datas and marketing with creativity.
- You have the ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex matters into clean, understandable solutions.
- You understand the technologies impacting your design and can have creative discussions with developers to make your ideas happen.
- You naturally challenge the standards of the market to innovate beyond average and deliver great and holistic results.

What you will do
You will be part of a cross functional team that is responsible for the design, development and delivery of world class products. You will lead the work to figure out how product should work and look, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints. Using methods from user centered design you are able to work with the team or independently, to find the best solution. In this work you are exploring design options with users, customers, colleagues and stakeholders. You are leading workshops to unlock creativity from everyone, you understand that product development is a team sport and the best ideas can come from anyone.

Who you are
You are a talented designer who understands the full spectrum of visual, interaction and usability design. You are able to lead and support the team throughout both the discovery and delivery. You are a team player that can easily collaborate with developers and product people in a distributed setting. You find yourself comfortable facilitating workshops or giving presentation to customers and stakeholders. You have a University Degree in Design or similar.

Om tjänsten
Som UX Lead på NetOnNet säkerställer du tillsammans med dina kollegor i UX-teamet en god kundupplevelse i vår e-handel, med en hög förståelse för hela den digitalt drivna kundresan i ett omnikanalsföretag.

Du kommer större delen av tiden arbeta aktivt som UX/UI-designer i ett produktteam, med olika spännande utvecklingsprojekt kring vår e-handel. Du behöver därför ha en väl utvecklad förmåga att självständigt leda alla delar i en designprocess - från research och insiktsarbete, till möten/workshops (med produktägare, utvecklare och stakeholders i verksamheten) samt att visualisera och presentera koncept, prototyper och färdig UI-design.

I Lead-rollen kommer du dessutom bidra aktivt i utvecklingen av våra arbetssätt inom UX/UI för att skapa goda kundupplevelser genom research och design. En agil utvecklingsprocess finns på plats men vi ser att du är viktig i vårt arbete med att vidareutveckla den och att coacha UX-teamet så UX-arbetet blir än mer värdeskapande för våra kunder. I din roll ingår också att hålla koll på trender, best practice och nya riktlinjer inom UX och UI-design.

Vem söker vi?
För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du vara nytänkande och ha en god förmåga att omsätta kundinsikter och verksamhetsmål till koncept och enkel och användbar UI-design. Du behöver vara en naturlig ledare som bidrar till energi, struktur och framåtanda. Du är också en skicklig designer med erfarenhet av detta arbete från tidigare arbetsplatser vilket gör att du kan leverera användarvänliga lösningar i en nära dialog med produktteam och stakeholders.

Du har en bakgrund med relevant utbildning och/eller minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom UX/UI med kunskap och praktisk erfarenhet av metoder för att ta fram kundinsikter och funktionskrav. Förmåga och praktisk erfarenhet av att skapa koncept och UI-design som säkerställer en positiv användarupplevelse. Erfarenhet av att självständigt leda alla delar i en designprocess.



Teamet
I ditt dagliga arbete med UX/UI-design ingår du i ett tvärfunktionellt produktteam där du samarbetar tillsammans med Produktägare och Systemutvecklare för att tillsammans lösa produktområdets olika uppdrag.

Organisatoriskt ingår du i UX-teamet som är en del av E-handelsavdelningen. I teamet arbetar utöver dig två UX-designers. Du rapporterar till E-handelschef.
