Key responsibilities:

Support departments and management team with financial and quantitative insights as well as reports and analyses
Verify correct invoicing and quality check of main cost drivers

What you need to succeed:
Previous experience for at least 5 years in Controlling and preferably within logistics or/and in production
Relevant educational background from university or business school
Strong commercial drive and ability to put numbers into actions
Solid skills in project management, prioritization and business case development
Strong problem solving and analytical mindset
Ability to work and collaborate in a team as well as with other departments/functions
Strong drive to achieve individual and team goals
Willingness to share knowledge and develop others
Excellent knowledge in Excel and previous experience in SAP and Power BI is advantageous

Your skills and experience

Job Description

As a DC Manager, you are managing a team of 1000 employees with 8 direct reports that represents HR, controlling, operations, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), IT, Safety and Project. Your responsibility is to best tailor warehouse capabilities, ensure future business needs as well as cost and service requirements, for all H&M connected brands and channels.
Responsibilities:
Strategically plan, lead, and monitor performance of DC operations with regards to efficiency, service and cost
Manage to comply with Standard Operating Principles across all areas of the DC and define local DC working instructions in a sustainable way
Plan and manage DC employees according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements
Proactively identify improvement opportunities for local DC activities to enhance operational performance
Lead and develop the management team to recruit, develop and retain workforce
Closely collaborate with Regional Logistics and Operations to serve day-to-day requests from Sales and align DC operations with quantity and service needs
Monitor and ensure overall garment care and NCG standards
Identify and resolve risks in daily DC ops to ensure high performance and efficiency
Set, facilitate, and follow up goals according to H&M standards
Ensure high quality and in-time sustainability reporting
Improve sustainability standards and strive to minimize Co2 emission
Be updated on, and follow, local laws and regulations



Qualifications
Requirements:
5 years’ experience leading a team of >500 employees
Good knowledge of global standards of operating procedures, security, and sustainability
Logistics experience is desired but not essential? High automation/how it is driven
Excellent understanding of local DC operations, specifics, and capabilities

In the role as Nordic Customer Service Controller, you will become a part of a management team that serves our 4 Nordic markets; Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. Job Description
The role as an Accounting Specialist within AR at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. You are responsible for securing the Accounting of the H&M Group global and omni digital sales and Accounts Receivables. On top of managing daily operations a key delivery within the team is a constant focus on driving improvements such as business processes and technical development.
You will provide great knowledge and ideas to H&Ms; AR processes and enjoy driving change and process improvements in a complex IT environment.
Your responsibilities:
Responsible for securing the Accounting reporting of H&M Group’s AR B2C global digital sales including all brands and both internal and external sales channels for given processes.
Responsible for collaborating and ensuring clear communication with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
Responsible for gathering process specific knowledge and act as subject matter expert
Align with, support and work together with Business Tech and local country accounting in central initiatives but also function-specific initiatives in regards to requirements, scope, solution design, test and post-go live stabilization
Uphold Accounting guidelines for H&M Group’s global digital sales and all related business models
Responsible for facilitating financial control within the AR area in regards to P&L elements such as transfer pricing sales models and AR related costs



Qualifications
University degree within Accounting/Bus Admin/Economics or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience within Accounting/Accounts Receivables ideally within a global B2C digital sales environment
Experience of SAP ECC – FI-CO (beneficial if you also have experience of the following SAP modules: FI-CA, Sales & Distribution (SD), Business Warehouse (BW)
Experience of VAT/tax, reporting and transfer pricing business models
Process competence - system/process knowhow/technical skills, basic understanding of integrations and comfortable in solution template responsibility and working in an IT landscape/environment
Analytical ability to conduct GL, P&L analysis, process flows and data outputs in tools such as excel to recognize steps to take
Experience of problem/change management and process development

Product Enricher is an administrative role that plays an important part in the omnichannel customer experience and the mission to maximize the sales. The main work task of the product enricher is to ensure that the products we sell Online at hm.com as well as other channels and markets places are enriched with commercial and legal information at the right time. We work closely with other commercial functions within Design & Buying, Brand & Marketing and other parts of the organization. Enrich our products with commercial and legal information to be able to have them sellable online at hm.com and other channels and market places globally
Secure that products are placed in the right category in the systems
Problem solving trying to find root cause issues affecting product information flow in the systems
Metadata enrichment of assets (made in DAM)
Create campaign production briefs, making sure that the correct products are connected and enriched when a new campaign goes live

Job Description


Product Enricher is an administrative role that plays an important part in the omnichannel customer experience and the mission to maximize the sales. The main work task of the product enricher is to ensure that the products we sell Online at hm.com as well as other channels and markets places are enriched with commercial and legal information at the right time. We work closely with other commercial functions within Design & Buying, Brand & Marketing and other parts of the organization. You will also be able to work to find improvements, more efficient processes and find new collaborations in the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Enrich our products with commercial and legal information to be able to have them sellable online at hm.com and other channels and market places globally
Secure that products are placed in the right category in the systems
Problem solving trying to find root cause issues affecting product information flow in the systems
Metadata enrichment of assets (made in DAM)
Create campaign production briefs, making sure that the correct products are connected and enriched when a new campaign goes live

Previous experience from administrative work tasks
System skills and experience working in Microsoft Office
Interest for fashion and clothing, familiar with common attributes of clothes; ex different sleeve styles, collar styles, neckline styles & clothing styles
Comfortable taking big ownership of the processes in your role
Ambitious with a flexible attitude
Have a strong eye for details
Curious mindset and wanting to learn
Experience from inRIver PIM or similar product information management systems and e-commerce is an advantage (but not a requirement), and curious to learn more about these systems

This is full-time temporary position for 12 month with a possible extension, placement in Borås.
